Buyer/borrower is in the same line of work. He went from W-2 to self-employed 1099 in 2015 with little income to show that year.

Borrower converted his 1099 business to an LLC in 2016 and showed a lot of income. Plus, he provided an outstanding 2017 YTD profit and loss statement.
Lender likes it a lot!
Listing agent requires a 15 day close to boot.
Loan is approved with 20 percent down and we are ready to close in the required 15 day time line.
Transaction closes in 21 days due to escrow/HOA issues.
