Longtime client contacted me about a refinance. Client is organized in respect to signing consent forms and submitting required documentation. We receive an appraisal waiver. From loan application until the Closing Disclosure going out it was exactly three days. Yes, three days. Even I was stunned at how quickly things can go with mortgage automation on steroids.
